Title: read all measurements carefully. I needed to size up.
Review: I usually go by the hip measurement which in my case is exactly 42 which corresponded to a size L. I noticed they did feel quite snug and compressive as I was trying them on, but the waist was really way too tight. Every time I bent or sat down it rolled over. I looked at the measurements and my waist is significantly larger than the L waist measurement. Took a chance on XL which arrived today. They’re still good in the butt — not too big — And the waist is much more comfortable and staying put. The fabric is smooth and drape. It’s not at all cottony. It’s nice and stretchy. It’s a good thickness and it feels like it’s going to last a while. So my only sadness is that I missed out on the big sale price which was no longer available when I made the new order. I am about 5’6″ with relatively long legs. Widest part of hips is 42, waist is more like 35 and I think these are designed with a bigger-than-usual difference between waist and hip. I’m about 160 pounds. I got the 32 inch length and thought I might need to shorten but it’s perfect.

It doesn’t have any pockets, but that’s okay because I still love them just as they are and don’t wish for them to have any.I’ve worn them to work from home, go on walks, to pair with a cute outfit now that it’s officially fall, and they are officially the number one leggings I reach for in my closet over any others.I’ve already washed them a few times and have had absolutely no issues with it so far!Do yourself a favor and just buy a pair. I wore these in Montana fall at 50 degrees and the wind ripped right through and my legs were pretty cold compared to other leggings I own.
